This photo, labeled as taken in 1881, is of the Clark house on Main Street. The home was built by Daniel Wyman Clark, around 1879. His wife was Emmeline E. Bottum. Other items of interest in this photograph are the tidy sidewalks, a step stool, lamppost ,and hitching post near the road, a water spigot, and mature plants and trees all about the property.
